This is another Plan With Me post, but we are setting up my business Bullet Journal here.

I get asked a lot about how I manage my business in my Bullet Journal. And, well, to be honest, it’s not usually that organized.
I have some brain dumps, mind maps, and pages with random ideas and research.
But lately, I feel like I need a bit more organization. With the quarantine and everything that is happening with the world and happened to me – I really lost my tempo.
I need to get it back and, of course, I think the best way to do it is with a Bullet Journal.
In case you don’t know what work I do – I’m doing Masha Plans full time. It’s a blog, a YouTube channel, Instagram, and a Patreon.
So if you work for yourself and have a similar business I bet this post will be useful.

First a quick rundown of the supplies I used during this setup.
I’m using a Nuuna notebook with a custom cover by Cocoa Paper.
I love the notebook but I have to admit – the paper is pretty bad and there are tons of ghosting. You can check my complete Nuuna notebook review if you’re interested.
The cover is fantastic and I’ve been working with Cocoa Paper ever since I bought the first cover. I have 4 covers from them at the moment and they are dreamy!
For fineliners I went with my usual favorites – Pitt Artist Pens by Faber Castell.
Finally, I used my Zebra Midliners to add some color.
Uh, I also used ice-cream stickers designed by myself. These were a part of Patreon‘s reward for June.

My Ideal Day
When you’re confused and try to get organized – the best thing is to create a proper schedule, and this is what it basically is.
I realize that I often work slowly and not that productive because I don’t really have any time limits on my work. I actually just wake up, have breakfast, and work the entire day.
I’m not complaining or anything, I like to do what I do, but not having any frames means I’m not doing my best. Plus there are a few more things I want to do, such as improve my qualifications and learn some new skills.
By creating this spread I set limits to myself and I know it will help me not only work better but also accomplish tons of other little things I seem to never find time for.
This spread is pretty simple but it might be the most powerful of them all. This is also a part of my schedule.
Ever heard the term batching? This is basically when you take similar tasks and do them all together.
For example, to take a picture for my Instagram I need to clean out my table, adjust the lights, get the camera – just the preparation is like 15 minutes. And then cleaning it all up is another 15.
So maybe instead of taking one picture per day, I do them all together and save time and effort.
And since my equipment is all ready, I might as well film my YouTube videos on the same day.
Less effort, more productive.
So with this spread, I will assign one theme to each day. One theme to concentrate on and not try to do tons of different things at once.
I’m still figuring it out, but probably I’ll have themes like filming, design for Patreon, new Pins, writing and so on.
Typical monthly log, but there will be no appointments there.
This monthly log is my content plan for the month!
I’m usually pretty chill with my schedule, but I want to get on track and have specific dates by which I deliver content.
This will help me to be more focused and not procrastinate on something that I’m not too keen to do.
This is kind of a brain dump for me with ideas on all the main channels I’m working with.
Before I start filling out my monthly content plan, I’ll brainstorm content ideas on this page. This might actually be large enough to last me for two months, we shall see.
I do create a lot of Bullet Journal pages and sometimes it gets hard to track them all. That’s why I’m creating this spread.
Here I will write all the Instagram images I already have prepared so next time I post – I can look through here and see what I have available.
Finally one of the most important pages – my monthly goals.
First I’ll write down what is the one and most important thing I’ll be working on this month. That’s my main goal.
Next are other goals aka other little milestones I want to achieve in that period.
Speaking of the achievements – the second part of the spread is all about reviewing your month.
I first wanted to spend some time acknowledging what it is I did well that month and what did I achieve.
Even if I don’t close some of the goals, I know I still came to a step closer to being a bit more successful and I think it’s important to acknowledge that instead of feeling sad for not completing everything you set out to do at the beginning of the month.
Finally, it’s time to review things and see what I could do better next month. Maybe change my working schedule? Or switch my accent to something that the audience seems to be more interested in?

Finally, here is my Plan With Me video. If it looks like my arms for super fat – they didn’t. It’s actually just me wearing 3 sweaters.
Even though the outside is sunny and basically Russian summer weather, inside can get pretty cold if your house isn’t on the sunny side, and ours isn’t.
I mentioned already that probably the most impactful thing you can do with your day is to create a daily schedule.
That’s why for today’s post I created a free printable daily schedule, so all you’ll need to do is fill it out and add it to your Bullet Journal.
